HOW Will You Handle the Drastic Pivot When Necessary?
Our focus for November is helping you recognize when shifting your gears will prevent your startup from dying.
We learned all about the J curve this summer with Howard Love. Now we will explore the pivot. You will hear how Lauren was able to identify a hidden value in her product's usage. She will share what it looked like at each stage, what was easily recognizable and what had to be uncovered to be beneficial in decision making.
As startup entrepreneurs, you will face a plethora of unknowns. Our mission at each month's Startup Grind's original fire-side chat is taking you beyond the surface conversation on that month's topic. We are tasked with bringing you straight forward conversations that help you be a better leader for your startup business.
Lauren will help you by taking you through what she was able to accomplish and how it has created success for Rust Patrol.
Bring you team November 9th and invest in preparing you all for success. Serving your customers, your team, and the world with your solution.
